By purchasing a product from Bintelli, you are agreeing to these terms:

WARRANTY POLICY: All racing and bumper karts come with ninety day part only warranties, with day 1 beginning on the delivery date of the order. All new parts purchased are warrantied for thirty days. Warranty includes manufacturer defects only. All defective parts must be shipped back to Bintelli at buyer expense for inspection. Once a defect occurs, the customer must notify Bintelli about the defect and ship the part(s) back to Bintelli within seven days of the notice. Any parts not shipped within the seven days will not be covered under the warranty. Once the defective parts are received by Bintelli, they will be inspected and if approved as a manufacturing defect, replacements will be will be sent at Bintelli’s expense. If the part(s) are on backorder, they will be sent to the customer once they arrive in stock. If the defective parts are determined to not be able to be replaced under the active warranty, the parts may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Some warranties (such as on engines, motors, controllers, etc.) are covered directly by the manufacturer of the part. Bintelli will represent the customer in attempting to have warranty replacements from the manufacturer sent. The warranty does not include any labor needed for assembly, repair, and/or installation nor does it cover any lost profits or revenues from the time the kart(s) were inoperable.

It is highly recommended that spare parts be kept in stock by the customer so their karts are able to be used during a warranty evaluation. The warranty does not cover damaged parts due to rider misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance. Wearable components such as tires, chains, clutches, pads, shock absorbers, etc. are not covered under the warranty. If the customer is alerted to or realizes a problem with a part on their kart and they do not correct the issue, the part in question will not be covered under the warranty should it fail. Especially on the bumper karts which are used for commercial purposes, extensive daily and weekly maintenance are required for commercial usage.

RETURN POLICY: For kart purchases there are no refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges for any reason. For part purchases, new and unused parts may be returned for a full refund minus shipping expenses if the return is requested within five days of delivery. No shipping expenses are ever refunded and the part must be returned at buyer expense.

PURCHASING TERMS: For racing kart and freight shipments, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the entire shipment before signing the delivery slip. If any freight is missing or damaged, you MUST specify it on the delivery slip. Failure to do so will result in you giving up your right to a freight claim. If a delivery slip is signed and products are later to be found missing or damaged, they will not be replaced by Bintelli. All freight orders must be accepted. If damage occurs in transit, all damage must be explicitly noted on the bill of lading and replacements will be sent. Refusing a shipment will result in additional shipping expenses to purchaser. Any disputes are resolved in Charleston County, South Carolina. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know their local laws and regulations for use of the product. Racing karts are for competition use only.

Note: All karts require some assembly and are for competition use only. These are not toys, they are racing machines that will require daily maintenance and adjustments to keep operational.
